The BR230SUR surge breaker is designed to provide complete home surge protection for sensitive electronics and appliances from the damaging effects of surges. In addition to surge protection, the BR surge breaker is a functional 2-pole thermal magnetic breaker providing protection for overloads and short circuits. The combination of circuit protection and surge protection provides flexibility and space savings in the loadcenter.

- Direct connection to the bus bar provides superior protection and easy installation for new construction or renovation
- LED’s provide protection status
- Eliminates the potential for incorrect installation of externally mounted surge devices – (longer lead lengths can reduce protection levels)
